Delivery Policy

  • Customers must measure their space before purchasing. No refunds or store credits for items that don't fit.
  • Items are delivered by professional home delivery teams at AMJ Campbell to your chosen room. Assembly service is available for an extra fee.
  • Delivery cost varies by distance and number of items. Enter your address at checkout for pricing. Heavy and large items may incur additional charges.
  • Delivery Rates:
    • 0-80 KMs (1 to 3 items): FREE
    • 81-120 KMs (1 to 3 items): FREE
    • 121-160 KMs (1 to 3 items): $139.00
    • 161-201 KMs (1 to 3 items): $172.00
    • 202-241 KMs (1 to 3 items): $225.00
  • Free delivery is only available for orders within 120km of the stores address. For orders over 241km please call to request a quote.
  • Items must be delivered within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, a storage fee of $5 per day per item applies, charged to your original payment method.
  • Be present during the delivery window, or a second delivery fee will be charged. Report any issues before the delivery team leaves; otherwise, the sale is final.
  • Items are final sale once the delivery team leaves. No exchanges or credits after delivery. Appliances and items needing assembly have a 7-day test period.
  • A signature and a photo of the delivered items are required.

Pick-Up Policy

  • Items can be picked up in-store from Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pick up within 14 days of notification, or a $5 per day per item storage fee applies.
  • Check the product condition before leaving the warehouse. LeFurnitureShop.ca is not responsible for damage during loading or after the 14-day period.

Return Policy

  • If an item doesn't meet your expectations upon delivery or pickup, and the delivery team is still on site, we will issue a store credit for items in original condition.
  • Items in boxes or appliances have a 7-day satisfaction period.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Gift cards
    • Final Sale items
    • Last Chance and Handyman Collections
    • Single items from bundles
    • Assembled items
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund options:
