Delivery policy

Items in delivery have a satisfaction guarantee until the time of delivery up to 14 days following the purchase. After this period, no credit will be given except for a delayed delivery period from the delivery service provider.

The movers must deposit the furniture in the first available dry place in the house. To select where to place the furniture, the customer must pay for a "Room of choice" service.
